A fantastic example of a vintage, 1964 SG Junior. Original tuners, original P90 pickup, original pots and cap, original compensated bridge. Fret 5 side marker appears to have been replaced at some stage in the guitars life, but that’s it! Otherwise completely original. Some fading to the cherry red finish and lots of lacquer checking really adding to the vintage vibe. Plenty of small marks to the body, as you’d expect with a properly used guitar of this age, but absolutely no breaks, cracks or repairs. Super comfortable and very sought after ‘64 neck profile, with a 1 11/16” nut width make this a really great playing instrument. Supplied in a very clean generation 2 Gibson Les Paul protector case, worth a bit on its own!
